all orders are processed within 3-5 business days. orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

delivery time

once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. you will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

we currently ship within the United States and Canada.

once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

lost or damaged packages

if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please email us at hello@ohlipbeauty.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

order changes or cancellations

need to update your order? email us at hello@ohlipbeauty.com as soon as possible. we can make changes before your order enters processing, but once it's being prepared we're unable to modify or cancel it.
